Steps for Call Forwarding (DID Number Enabled) with AlienVoIP
1. At www.alienvoip.com login to your AlienVoIP account by keying your username and password as shown below.

2. When you have logged in, click “Feature” to expand the menu tab and click on “Call Forwarding” to configure your call forwarding feature.

3. Select your SIP number which which you want to enable call forwarding.
NOTE: All incoming calls to DID number will be forwarded to the SIP number. In case the call did not get through to the SIP number, the call will be forwarded to a second phone number.
Tick the checkbox to enable call forwarding, key in the destination number following this format:
(00 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone No). Click Submit when you are done filling in the details.

You will see “Call Forward updated” at the bottom of the page.
Then, you can start receive incoming calls via your DID number provided by AlienVoIP.
